Our foundation, The Iron Compass Initiative, is dedicated to supporting programs that provide free functional training and mentorship to underprivileged, at-risk youth. Learning the value of hard work, feeling the support of a community, and gaining the confidence to overcome obstacles are all formative ingredients to making positive life choices. There are some amazing coaches and programs out there, often donating their time and making do with little to no equipment, using functional training to bring these positive influences to kids who may not get them otherwise.
